Mix onion, green chilli, red chilli, tomatoes, parsley, pepper, chilli flakes, salt, eggs and whisk them well. Next, add butter to a pan and toast both sides of the bread slices. Add a spoon full of the egg mixture to the pan, cover it with the toasted bread and let it cook. Finally, keep two slices of bread together, cut in half and serve.
